Datuk Muhammad Akbar is an entrepreneur and investor who has vast experiences in the businesses of food supplies, transportation, agriculture and plantation as well as services in general. Datuk Muhammad Akbar begin his career as a banker at Standard Chartered Bank in 1980.
After several years, he left the banking industry and ventured into businesses. Throughout his entrepreneurship, he was awarded projects by the local government authorities such as Majlis Perbandaran Petaling Jaya (now known as Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya) and Majlis Daerah Bentong and also contracts from Faber Groups Berhad, Crystal Crown Group Hotels, Malaysia Airport Berhad and Kuala Lumpur International Airport as well as agriculture-related works with government plantation agencies such as RISDA and TH Plantation.
Recently, his newly established consulting firm, EEzz Consultant and Services Sdn Bhd was engaged by Feuilleorganic Sdn Bhd to develop a business plan to secure grants for R&D and clinical trial for their product namely Woundkreme, an all-natural organic ointment for acute and chronic wounds.He also has been working closely with Scivetti & Associates since 2011 on numerous legal matters and projects.
Marcus is an experienced corporate executive with a strong background in real estate development and management. As a Managing Director and CEO at Rand Development Sdn. Bhd., he has led the development of high-profile mixed-use projects in Malaysia worth over RM 3.9 billion.
Prior to joining Rand, Marcus co-founded MKN Consult International Sdn. Bhd. and served as a director and COO, as well as Corporate and Finance Director of Melawing (KL) Group of Companies. He also has extensive experience in management consulting and investment banking, having worked at KPMG Malaysia and Nova Capital Partners in New York City.
Marcus holds a Master of Science in Management (Concentration: Finance) from University College London and a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Concentration: Finance) from Pennsylvania State University, University Park. With his expertise in real estate development, asset management, and deal structuring, as well as his experience in investment banking and management consulting, Marcus brings a valuable skill set to his role as a Shareholder at MyUS Hemphouse.

Tania is the founder and sole proprietor of Messrs Scivetti & Associates. She is a member of the Malaysian Bar, New York Bar and the New South Wales Law Society, Australia. She is also a member of the INCBA, International Cannabis Bar Association. Prior to establishing Scivetti & Associates, Tania was an associate lawyer with the international award-winning Intellectual Property team at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Sydney, Australia. Subsequently, she was part of Zaid Ibrahim & Co’s intellectual property and information technology department, after moving to Malaysia.
Tania has 22 years of experience in criminal and civil litigation, corporate, commercial transactions and intellectual property. In criminal matters the cases have ranged from money laundering, civil forfeiture, corruption, white collar, extradition, organised crime, human trafficking, drug trafficking, drug possession and murder.
Tania has acted on some of the most significant and complex litigation in Malaysia [including 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB)], Asia Pacific, Europe and in the United States. Tania’s vast experience in defending drug offenders, expanded her practice to advising on cannabis law and to assist clients in understanding and assessing the regulatory framework of hemp-derived CBD products.
Tania’s advocacy includes recently successfully overturning a death penalty conviction for a Malaysian citizen who was sentenced to death for drug trafficking in Cannabis and CBD oil. She is also an advocate for policy reform and is committed to fortifying, defending, and building credibility for the Cannabis industry as a whole.
Tania has acted for multi-national and international corporations, governments and high net worth individuals, particularly in civil litigation, corporate, regulatory compliance, immigration, intellectual property and entertainment law.
Tania’s clients also include international and multinational companies seeking regulatory advice, in particular on sanctions law, cryptocurrency and blockchain.

Liana has 8 years of professional experience has led her to become a professional secretary to the Group CEO. She is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a diverse background in journalism, public relations, and research. She has an extensive track record of working with media partners, government agencies, numerous embassies, and political organizations, and is adept at maintaining strong relationships with the media.
Liana is well-versed in conducting seminars and organizing and leading delegations of entrepreneurs to international locations as a liason to Malaysian businesses & political leaders around the world in learning about policies in Malaysia. In addition to her professional experience, she holds a Master’s degree in mass communication with a focus on political science. Currently, Liana is working as a professional secretary to the Group CEO, where she leverages her skills and expertise to effectively execute her role.

As the Project Director at MyUS Group of Companies, Hunter brings over 12 years of experience in business development to the table, with a diverse background spanning across industries such as media & advertising, television & film production, education, automotive, event activation, and food & beverage.
During his time in television & film production, Hunter has led a team in creating brand new educational channels in collaboration with Astro, which have benefited students across the nation, including those in rural areas. This work has also contributed to an increase in the number of top scorers in the country.
In addition to his work in the entertainment industry, Hunter has also successfully led a team in building and growing business during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020. He has collaborated with leading brands such as Auto Bavaria, Subaru, and Gamuda Land to create new revenue streams.
Hunter’s efforts have not gone unnoticed, as he and his team were the recipients of the Emerging Awards in SME Platinum Award 2021, recognizing their creative contributions and efforts in steering the company’s direction during the pandemic. Hunter has also co-founded a lifestyle bicycle café & restaurant called Kayuh CA.

Dato’ Nellsen Young in an entrepreneur and holds various Directorship positions in several companies in the United States, Malaysia and Indonesia. He was appointed as the Ambassador of Tourism and Culture by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia in February 2019.
Dato’ Nellsen is also the Founder and President of the ASEAN People’s Association (ASEAN PAC) – Los Angeles. In September 2016, The ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, Indonesia granted its approval to ASEAN PAC to promote the diverse cultures, traditions, arts and heritage of ASEAN countries. As such, Dato Nellsen has tirelessly driven initiatives to create understanding and appreciation for the ASEAN way of life across the United States, devoting his time to establish the first culturally-focused ASEAN center in Los Angeles.
Using his deep understanding of Southeast Asia and his formidable language skills, he has forged stable relations with ASEAN communities as well as Consul Generals and Ambassadors of each ASEAN member state in California and Washington D.C. In addition to that, Dato’ Nellsen constantly interacts with the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, American politicians, and major ASEAN and Chinese media outlets in California.
Dato’ Nellsen has an extensive background in marketing and community outreach. He previously worked for the largest Chinese media network in California. In January 2015, Dato’ Nellsen founded Inspire NUSA, Inc., which ventures into marketing, event planning, entertainment, education and vacation planning. He spearheaded the first ASEAN Fest in June 2016 that celebrated the vast and unique culture and arts of each ASEAN member state. Endorsed and supported by the ASEAN Secretariat and all Consulate Generals of the 10 ASEAN member states, ASEAN Fest 2016 was the first of its kind to be ever held in the United States.
